The leadership at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles includes many dedicated people.  A few of the Board of Trustee members include John C. Rocchio, Adam M. Roseman and Steve Soboroff.

John C. Rocchio is the co-founder of Newstone Capital Partners, LLC.  Prior to forming Newstone, Mr. Rocchio was a Managing Director of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, LLC and TCW.  He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BBA from the University of Michigan.

Adam M. Roseman, another Board of Trustee Member, is the founder and CEO of ARC China.  Prior to his work with ARC China, Adam Roseman served as a member of Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Group and as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Barrington Associates.  He has worked with many charitable organizations in addition to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, including U.S. Doctors for Africa, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and more.

Steve Soboroff has recently finished his tenure as the President of Playa Vista, one of the nation’s most significant real estate projects.  Prior to working on this project, he was the President of the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Commission from 1995 until 2001 and a former Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Los Angeles.  He is a Trustee of the Weingart Foundation and a Director of the First Federal Bank.  He was recently honored as Harvard Business School’s “Business Statesman of the Year.”
